Highland Hills Medical Center is expanding our Radiology Department and is seeking a Full-time Radiology Technologist with CT and X-ray experience to join our team. This position is a day shift position with a rotating schedule. Some holiday work is required. Position Summary

The Radiology Technologist performs a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including Computed Tomography (CT) and X-ray examination. This position is responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining strict patient safety standards and providing exceptional customer service. The technologist serves as a key member of the healthcare team by ensuring patients receive safe, efficient, and compassionate imaging services.

Responsibilities

Perform CT and X-ray imaging procedures according to physician orders and departmental protocols.

Operate CT and X-ray equipment while maintaining image quality and patient safety.

Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and healthcare team members.

Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Radiologic Technology.

Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

Current Mississippi Medical Radiation License.

Current BLS certification.

Preferred

Previous CT experience

Proficiency with major CT manufacturers' hardware and software.
