Description
Highland Hills Medical Associates seeks an LPN Office Coordinator for our clinic. This is a full-time, days, position.
Position Summary:
The LPN Office Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the primary care clinic by supporting both clinical and administrative functions. This position is responsible for facilitating patient care processes such as prior authorizations, referrals, phone triage, and the return of test and imaging results. The LPN Office Coordinator also assists the Clinic Practice Administrator in overseeing front- and back-office workflows and supports efforts to optimize patient flow, staff efficiency, and quality of care.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
- Current LPN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a primary care or outpatient setting preferred.
- Prior experience with referrals, authorizations, or care coordination strongly preferred.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and common office software.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and team collaboration.
Work Conditions:
- Full-time position, Monday–Friday, primarily during daytime hours.
